Below, you’ll find the details of our refund process and conditions. Refund Eligibility: Shop Joe offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you received your Product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost and any Return Label fee (calculated by the shipping carrier). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are returning the Product due to a defect or damage, the Return Label fee will be waived. Products returned in used condition or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the authorized retailer.
