Dear Customer,

We are writing to let you know that All Season Power LLC, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is recalling certain units of the Sun Joe® 24V-X2-17LM and 24V-X2-17LM-CT Lawn Mowers. Our records show that you may have purchased this product.

The lawn mower blade can detach unexpectedly and create a potential laceration hazard. We have received 31 reports of the bolt securing the mower blade or the mower blade detaching, posing a laceration hazard to consumers. No injuries have been reported.

Please immediately stop using the recalled lawn mower and check the serial number to determine whether your lawn mower is subject to the recall. Affected serial numbers are listed below. If your lawn mower is affected, please contact Snow Joe for instructions on how to inspect the lawn mower and secure the blade.
