  • Browsing behavior, including the date and time of your visit, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other clickstream data

C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect the information described above and to support advertising and analytics functions. Specifically, we may use tracking technologies from the following third-party services:

  • Deliver relevant advertising on our Site and elsewhere

You may decline cookies via your browser settings (see the "Help" menu in your browser). Please note that disabling cookies may limit certain Site features and may cancel cookie-based opt-outs such as advertising opt-outs.

Web beacons are small graphic images embedded in our Site, emails, and advertisements that help us analyze visitor behavior and measure the effectiveness of our marketing communications.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor opt-out preference signals sent via the Global Privacy Control (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/). If you transmit a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information. We do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Cookie Consent: You may manage your cookie preferences at any time by using our cookie preference center by clicking the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the Site or by adjusting your browser settings.

II. HOW DO WE USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

Unless we have your consent, we will only use the Personal Information we collect for the purposes described in this Policy and when applicable law allows or requires us to do so. We use your Personal Information for business and commercial purposes, including to:

  • Fulfill your requests for products and process transactions

III. WHO DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO?

We may disclose your Personal Information as follows:

  • Related companies and service providers – to perform business, professional, or technical support functions on our behalf
  • Marketing partners, advertising networks, and analytics providers – including those listed in Section I(C) above, who may use your information (including online identifiers and browsing data) to deliver targeted advertising on our behalf across the Internet. This type of sharing may constitute "sharing" of Personal Information under applicable privacy laws.
  • Third parties in promotions – to identify you in connection with referrals or messages you send through the Site

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, or as required or permitted under applicable law (including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations). Factors we consider in determining retention periods include the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process it; and applicable legal requirements.

V. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You may access your Personal Information by signing into your account on the Site. From there, you can review, correct, or modify your information. Your account credentials are your responsibility. Please change your password immediately and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

VI. WHAT ARE YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We offer you choices about the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information.

Targeted Advertising / Cookie Opt-Out. Most browsers allow you to stop accepting new cookies, be notified when you receive a new cookie, or disable existing cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain Site features. You may also use our cookie preference center by clicking the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of our Site to manage your preferences. Because most opt-out mechanisms are cookie-based, they are device- and browser-specific. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you will need to submit opt-out requests for each.

Opt-Out of Google Analytics. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting your browsing data on our Site, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
