The X20-SNOW-5A clears a 10-inch (25 cm) path and can handle snow depths up to 5 inches (12.7 cm).

How long does the battery take to charge, and how far can it throw snow?

The 20V 5.0 Ah ECOSHARP® lithium-ion battery takes approximately 6–7 hours to fully charge. Once charged, the unit can throw snow up to 18 feet (5.48 m).

Can I use this snow shovel on a gravel or crushed rock driveway?

No — this unit is intended for paved surfaces only. Using it on gravel or crushed rock surfaces is not recommended, as the rotor blades can pick up loose material and throw it as a projectile.

How do I adjust the direction the snow is thrown?

Use the directional chute control to redirect snow discharge. Turn it right to throw snow left, and turn it left to throw snow right. The adjustable angle is 45°.

What should I do if the rotor housing gets clogged?

Turn off the machine and remove the battery. Wait at least 10 seconds for the rotor blades to come to a complete stop. Always use a clean-out tool — never your hands — to clear the clog.

What batteries are compatible with this model?

The X20-SNOW-5A is compatible with the X20-BATT-5A (20V 5.0 Ah) and X20-BATT-4A (20V 4.0 Ah) ECOSHARP® lithium-ion batteries.
