Where is Snow Joe based? Is there a parent company, or is Snow Joe affiliated with any other brands?

The Joe brands are based in the USA with corporate headquarters, distribution centers and customer service centers in New Jersey. The parent company is All Season Power LLC, which includes Snow Joe, Sun Joe, Auto Joe and Aqua Joe brands. The Joe brands were founded in 2004.

Where will my order ship from? How long will it take to arrive?

Your order will ship from one of our distribution centers in New Jersey via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your item is ordered, it should arrive to you in 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping carrier. Once your item has shipped, you will also receive tracking information via email.

How does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and return policy work?

What power supply is needed to power the units?

Snow Joe's Cordless Snow Shovel and Snow Blower is powered by our exclusive IONMAX 24-Volt Lithium-ion Batteries. The standard batteries that come with each unit are 4 Amps. For additional runtime, you can add our 24-Volt, 5.0 Ah, EcoSharp Pro Extended Runtime Batteries to your order today.

What clearing performance can I expect from my Snow Joe shovel and Snow Joe snow blower?

The Snow Joe Shovel can move up to 300 lbs of snow per minute and is ideal for quick snow pickups on decks, steps, patios and sidewalks. The Snow Joe Blower can move over 10 tons of snow on a single charge and is ideal for heavier snowfalls on larger driveways and walkways. Runtimes will vary based on snow conditions. For additional runtime, you can add additional batteries to your order today.

What type of motor do the units include?

Snow Shovel: Your new Snow Shovel will include a 400-Watt Motor that can move up to 300 lbs. of snow per minute.

What does the warranty cover? How long is the warranty?

Snow Joe warrants new, genuine, powered and non-powered Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship when used for ordinary household use for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original, end-user purchaser when purchased from Snow Joe or from one of Snow Joe's authorized sellers with proof of purchase. With this exclusive TV offer, Snow Joe has extended the warranty by one year, so your coverage period is now a full three (3) years.

If your Product does not work or there's an issue with a specific part that is covered by the terms of this Warranty, Snow Joe will elect to (1) send you a free replacement part, (2) replace the Product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or (3) repair the Product. Why isn't my unit turning on?

The unit comes with a safety feature, where the unit will not turn on if the battery is not inserted correctly.

Is the battery fully charged?

Before using the unit be sure to charge the battery and ensure all 3 LED lights are turned on when pressing the battery indicator button.

Is there a faster charger to charge my battery?

Yes, model 24VCHRG-QC will speed up the charge time for your battery. Different amp batteries will vary. Shop IONMAX 24-Volt Batteries + Chargers here

Does the Dual-Port Quick Charge Docking Station provide any protection for the batteries?

Yes! The dual-port quick-charge docking station provides Thermal, Over-Voltage, and Over-Current circuit protection.

Will any battery fit onto my unit?

Yes, any 24V IONMAX Sun Joe/Snow Joe battery that we offer will fit onto any of our 24/48V IONMAX unit.
