Arrived during a snowfall, perfect timing. Wet, heavy snow was no problem and assembly was super easy: just fold, tighten knobs, and attach the chute shaft. Well-built, looks great, battery charger is solid. Lightweight with a carry handle, ideal for patio and lighter snow. Handled heavy snow fine, and battery lasted with charge to spare. Great product.

It started snowing after midnight. By the time I started throwing, we already had at least 4". My new Snow Joe handled it! No more stinky gas and oil and no more tune-ups! This snow blower arrives mostly assembled with just a couple steps to finish. We tested it during a heavy, wet snowstorm and it did a decent job, though harder to get down to the concrete. Works best on lighter snow. It’s powerful, lightweight, and easy to use, though heavy snow drains the batteries faster. Overall very happy to have it.
